“  I signed up for a 3-month promotional rate of 9.99/kWh. As soon as the promotion ended, they doubled my rate to 20.00/kWh without any prior notification or heads-up. I just opened an $800 bill. While I expected a change after the promo, a 100% increase is predatory. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I will be switching providers immediately and suggest others look elsewhere to avoid this kind of price gouging ”

“  Since they roped me in, I have heard nothing from them and can't even find a log in outside of their "rewards" program. My bill has gone up and I just want to be done with them. ”

HOWEVER, I never received the letter and didn't know about the new rate until the bill arrived and it was five times last month's bill. This is a scam company. ”
