In May, 2020, Titan Power and Gas officially began doing business in Ohio as CleanSky Energy. Titan Power and Gas was licensed by the Pennsylvania PUC in 2016, and operates in Ohio and New York as well. As a new market entrant Titan has positioned itself as a PA Electricity provider that features easy to understand rates. And by and large they are. Titan's Fixed rate plans found on PA Power Switch are under PP&L and PECO's Price to Compare rates. You should recognize that Titan does charge a $5.95 monthly base fee that adds .075 cents per kWh to your rate at 800kWh/ Month. At this point we have limited reviews for them and have ranked them at 2.9 stars.

Customer Service Excellence
Had a chat with Evelyn for my account billing. She was amazing and awesome person with excellent knowledge about the business. She provided such a great customer service that is rare these days. She is a gem for CleanSky Energy. Her supervisor/manager should provide all they can including higher compensation raises or bonus to keep her in the company Evelyn from Irving TX

An Earlier Problem Corrected
I had signed up to get my electricity and natural gas supplies from CleanSky Energy for two properties four months ago. Somehow only the electricity accounts had been set up and nothing had been done for the gas accounts. Today, Jennifer, a supervising customer care staff member at CleanSky Energy, corrected the problem with the gas accounts and enrolled me for both properties. She will also arrange for me to get reimbursed for the extra money I have been paying to Washington Gas as a result of the earlier enrollment problem and a higher rate being used in my gas bills. Jennifer has assured me that she will personally monitor the situation to make sure today's enrollments go through and I will get reimbursed after I submit my gas bills so that they can compute how much should be credited back to my account. I am pleased with the service I received from Jennifer and her professionalism. Happy Customer from Potomac MD

always look when you choose
im paying more for gas i should have looked better at the prices i was with ugi and cant switch because it would cost me 75.00 to cancel im 72 yrs old and things are tough now,,,,ugi cost is 0.413 michael sivak from Coplay PA

DONT USE CLEANSYKY ENERGY

I've been a customer for a year. I received the reduced rate when I initially signed up. After 1 year and not signing a contract my rate went up 110%!! So, if you aren't monitoring your email or mail goes to spam expect to pay over 110% if you don't renew with them which I consider to be outrageous! I am reasonable and can understand an increase of 10-20%, but not 100% which in my opinion is them taking advantage of the situation.

The WORST ever!!!

Found out the hard way!! They claim to be the best energy company with the best rates- that's nothing but bullsh*t!! This month their 10 cents more than JCP&L for the month of July!! I don't know about you but I could have used those extra dollars in my pocket not theirs!! Be extremely cautious and keep more of the money you bust your a*ss for!!
