“  I signed an 18 month fixed rate contract. They make it impossible to get in contact with them to figure out how to renew your contract before it expires. The reason they do this is because as soon as your contract expires, they double your rate. I went from 14 cents per kWh to 28 cents per kWh. Huge scam! ”

They state a ridiculous retention rate (95%+) of new customers due to stable pricing. My pricing went from 0.087 cent per KW to .297047 cent per KW....almost tripling my energy costs! ”
