“  I signed up with Constellation on a state of Georgia site, shortly afterwards I called back as my current contract with GNG was not to expire till after the Constellation service start date. I simply called Constellation and asked may I start service after my contract date expired with GNG, they said no problem, we can start later, and they'd cancel the application. Now I owe GNG $150 and you have to jump thru hoops to get the $$ from Constellation. ”

“  Story as old as time with this energy provider. They start you off at a good price then shoot you up almost 200% (thats 3x) horribly misinformed associates and overall just unpleasant to work with. ”

“  Like what many others encountered, I opened the door for a door to door salesperson who claims from west Penn power. And ask me to sign, even attempted to grab my phone to click all the yes on behalf of me on my own phone. Be aware of this name ”

“  Besides waiting on hold for hours at a time, and then hours at a time more when transferred, this company has failed to resolve a ticket that started at my home address in December 2024. In short, I had an in ground swimming pool constructed in my backyard. I paid for my electric upgrade to be relocated to the front of my house, eliminating the need for overhanging wires above my backyard pool. The company keeps finger pointing as opposed to just coming here and finishing the job in what would probably take an hour. At this point they just put my family at risk and Ill likely need to get an attorney to settle this (now almost a year later). What a serious joke. ”
