Additionally, I learned that to cancel my service, I would need to pay for two more billing periods. I've also observed a difference of $95.28 compared to my previous energy provider. Ultimately, my total costs would amount to $104.41 for the illuminating company and $195.28 for NOPEC Energy Services. Id appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to resolve these issues. Thank you! ”

“  I CANCELLED MY SERVICE WITH AMERICAN POWER & GAS OVER ONE MONTH AGO AND THEY DID NOT STOP PROVIDING SERVICE. THEY ARE CHARGING ME AN EXORBITANT RATE WHEN I CANCELLED THEM OVER ONE MONTH AGO. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU - THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL NOT BE HONEST WITH YOU WHEN YOU CANCEL THEIR SERVICE. ”
