We had so many questions, and he answered every single one with patience and kindness, never once getting frustrated. He mentioned he has been with the company for about two years, and I can truly say he is exceptionally well-trained, knowledgeable, and professional.He went above and beyond by even redoing our meter area due to its age. Andrew treated us like family, reassuring us that he would make sure our home was 100% safe and stating that he would never leave a customer's house in a condition he wouldnt accept for his own family. He is an outstanding gentleman and an asset to South Jersey Gas! ”

“  Those who have a bad experience, its not the supplier because you are given everything you need to renew your rate either by calling NRGs number or downloading the MyNRG app where you can actually choose your next rate and plan. Also people often forget that you are getting 2-10% cash back so the extra money you pay in your bill will be given back to you at the end of the year. Ive stuck with them for over 10 years now and its been great! Dont trust all those negative reviews because those people probably never renewed and/or dont understand the value of choosing NRG or any other supplier. ”

“  Jessica was a breath of fresh air today! Approx. 11:45 am I called into AC electric to discuss a surprise charge I saw on my account! Prepared for some person to have an attitude on the other line, I was greeted by a very professional and upbeat personality within 2 minutes of calling in. That persons name was Jessica and she wasnt an AI bot ( which I was very happy with and surprised by as most companies now are just using these bots to filter etc a customer needs and they are NOT effective) !!!
Jessica very effortlessly got to working on my problem, she read thru all the previous notes and saw where things got input wrongly and corrected the issue within a matter of minutes! I really had to write a review about her to make sure management keeps her and keeps your mission to allow human interaction to resolve issues and not AI bots! Jessica is an amazing AC rep and she deserves all the accolades and recognition. Possibly she should train your other staff too.
