“  I am nearing the end of one year with these grifters. I pay my bills through my bank every month. My bank shows proof of payment to Xoom on the 1st of every month. That is on average 10 days before Xoom says it is due. But, every month I am charge a $10 late fee for late payment". Their explanation? It takes them up to two weeks to process payments from a bank. Then they demand $200 if you try and cancel due to being overcharged. Xoom is a grift plain and simple and any jury in the state would agree. Also know our Georgia Public Service Commission wont respond to complaints about Xoom. Been using different gas suppliers over 30 years in Georgia and Xoom is the first to get away with such a blatant grift. ”

“  Submitting an application to transfer my elec service from a different provider to APG&E was a nightmare. I went in circles with them and wasted over 2 days to perform a 5 minute task. The APG&E email did not work properly and they were unable to email the application docs or contract to me. Went in circles with customer support staff for 2 days. ”

“  I switched to Indra with a 2-month plan of 12.3 fixed rate. Once the 2 months passed, the rate jumped to 39.27. What do you call that??!! ”

“  AP&G starts out with a lower rate after 3 months, its doubled, in the 4th month its almost tripled! When I call, they quickly offer to lower back to the initial rate if I sign up again if they can offer this so quickly, you know they are a shady organization. Be very aware of this provider the they will rob you blind if you let them. ”
