“  My bill has increased so much this past year that I can barely afford it each month. I am not alone. Countless people has seen their rates sky rocket only to be told they need to use less energy. I had an ACE rep on the phone tell me that I needed to use less energy, while reviewing my chart showing that I did use less energy. Now come June 2025 they were approved for another 17.23% rate increase. ACE feels an awful lot like a monopoly. New Jersey residents are stuck. Terrible company that is only concerned with its bottomline. ”

“  Bill during winter time when I use propane heaters that require zero electricity is almost $500 for the last 3 months. I call and they say its because its cold on the days when my usage is at the highest. No natter how many times I say I have propane heaters they still insist that the weather is causing the higher than usual price. To top it off they state usage days when I am not even home. They do zero to rectify the problem. Either pay the bill or they will shut you off. This company is robbing people. As of today I am no longer a customer of theirs. ”

“  I was disappointed with the handling of an issue with a contract. My understanding was interpreted differently than conveyed by the representative I spoke with and now I am stuck in a contract that I did not want, unless I pay a cancellation fee. Will not recommend their service. ”
