  Got solicited on a busy working day thought it was for a yr to try them. Oh no they misrepresented the contract it's for 5 yrs!! House was on the mar,why would I ever sign any for that len8of time and now their saying fines and fees even when I move. It's BS. Stay Away

  This is a horrid company and their is no level of customer service. It is based on sales and that is their bottom line. It is structure to syphon from its users and to get people into a rock and a hard place. DO NOT go with this service provider!

The WORST Electric Company

  I was pulled in during a visit to a local Kroger. This was the worst decision I've ever made in choosing an energy provider. I HIGHLY recommend you NOT choose this company. The bills are extremely high. I left my previous provider for that reason initially the bills were lower but it was a bait and switch. I live by myself and always turn the thermostat up when I leave my house. My thermostat at night never drops below 73 degrees. Again, do not fall for the pitch the temporary employees are giving you. They do not know how bad this company is.
