“ I would stay away from this company. Unethical and scam. They called me and tricked me into subscribing to their service by first falsifying the fact that there was a mistake in my bill, that they had enrolled me in a commercial billing plan instead of residential and I was being charged an incorrect rate and that I am eligible for a refund and that they are rectifying their mistake. The agent introduced himself as someone from New Jersey Gas supply. At first I didn't realize they were not my current supplier. I asked the agent several times that is this about changing my current gas/electricity supplier. He declined. He responded rudely as if he was doing a favor and in return I was questioning too much. He was explaining all the savings and how much extra I paid due to their mistake. Upon asking again he said he is not changing my supplier just correcting their mistake in my billing. He took my details and I got suspicious when he asked me for PoD number and so I asked him again whether this will change my supplier and in the end he said yes this will. He revealed the new supplier as CleanSky energy. I asked him to immediately revert the change. He transferred the call to his supervisor. His supervisor was explaining me the paper work to cancel the subscription. This is not done. This is unethical. You cannot trick someone to subscribe to your service by falsifying. I will never subscribe to your service even if you provide it for free. ”

“ they call me with story that they going to save me money and they are a supplier of choice from my utility company, i told them to hold on that i am going to put them on the three way with my utility company just to make sure they are the supplier of choice with them, they quickly hang up. people that runs company like this should be put in jail and throw away the keys. ”
