Luca was SO genuinely thorough, thoughtful, and he extensively helped me with any and all questions, tips, and advice in the most thoughtful way possible. I feel Luca enjoys his job, and he was exceptionally mindful about my situation. He made me feel like I didn't have to rush, I had so many questions about different things and he explained everything to me diligently. He was truly a pleasure to have today. I wish I could have shown him how much I appreciated his devotion to his job, and customers in general. I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for him, with the company directly.
