“  I recently split up with my wife and she has our 2 boys living with her. I pay the bills and of course the electric, this end of season as far as work was horrible so I fell behind...bad. It's the middle of January, my son and my ex have the flu, and the Electric gets Shut Off! I just paid the rent last week and am broke, so I read the website that says call immediately and Speak to an Agent. I call not knowing how I'm gona do this and this (Not So)gentleman answers and proceeds to tell me Every Single Thing I Should have done...but Will Not Help Me. I all but BEGGED this guy and he says "If you called yesterday before it was shut off I coulda helped you. I can't do ANYTHING that'll be 1200 to get it turned on. I politely request a supervisor and he gets huffy. Comes back on after 5 min n says We'll call u right back.....25 minutes go by, they're in a cold place with the flu and I'm pissed! I call back ready for a fight and the most Pleasent, Cheerful, and Helpful voice says " HI my name is Jackie how may I help you"....SHE WAS A MIRACLE!! Polite, Extremely Reassuring, Works you through everything, and GOT MY SERVICE ON IN 1 HOUR!! I Don't write these cuz I know as well as the Entire World most of them are fake but on my soul This Incredible Woman Reassuredmy faith in ppl just a lil bit more!! Your Blessed to have this Wonderful Person working With You!!! Thank you again Jackie!!! You saved us! ”
