Charged after canceling
| I sent in a letter to cancel my account months ago and today I received a bill for $633.00 why is this still active after I canceled. And why is it so high when its an apartment not a house and when we arent even home most of the time. They are fraudulent billing on an account that I cancel. I will not be paying one penny of this bill when I replied to them that I didnt want to have there company as my electric company. And still Im being charged. This is illegal, I want this taken off my bill and to receive an letter statement that this account has been closed and canceled now or I will file charges of fraud. | |||
