 Subject: CorporateYouve Got Gems on Your Team! Dezi & Ms. Thomas Deserve All the Flowers (and Maybe a Raise or Two )

Im a brand-new customer to Atlantic City Electricfresh off the PSEG boat, if you will. Ive always been under PSEG's wing, so I didnt know what to expect. Lets just say... I braced myself for the usual press 1 for disappointment. But instead, I got Dezian actual angel with a headset.

I was in the middle of a life crisis (yes, one of those days), and Dezi didnt just help me with my new home setupshe listened. Like, really listened. She didnt cut me off, she didnt rush me, and she even gave me options I didnt know existed. I almost forgot I was calling about electric service and not life coaching! Compared to my experiences with PSEGwhere I always felt like Customer #456092 asking for too muchthis was next level. I mean, who knew utility customer service could be uplifting?

And because I was so genuinely moved by her kindness and knowledge, I asked to speak to her supervisor (not to complaindont worry!). Thats when Ms. Thomas came on the line. And WOWtalk about leadership that leads with heart. She was warm, gracious, and sincerely appreciative of my feedback. She shared the companys mission to provide excellent customer service, and honestly? Mission accomplished. I felt like a valued person, not just another account number.

Listen... the service I got? Im setting calendar reminders to pay my bill early. Thats how motivated I am. Dezi and Ms. Thomas didnt just earn my loyaltythey earned my gratitude. Yall better hold on to them tight because those two are absolute rockstars. I hope they get some kind of recognitionawards, shout-outs, maybe a parade? (Okay, maybe thats too much... but I wouldnt be mad at a raise in their honor! )

One little suggestion: It would be awesome to have a dedicated email or section on your website just for positive feedback. I looked high and low, but everything funneled me into a generic form and I wasnt even sure if it would reach the right eyes. These amazing women deserved more than a digital abyss, so here I am, typing this with full-on gratitude to make sure corporate sees this.

In short: Thank you, Dezi and Ms. Thomas. You made a chaotic day feel manageable and gave me hope that exceptional service still exists. Im seriously excited to be an Atlantic City Electric customerand I never thought Id say that about a utility company!

Meter reading always inaccurate

 I have been going thru this forfour years with this company. Instead of coming in the yard to read the meter accurately they send workers and they sit in their trucks and use whatever device it and gestimate what actual reading is giving you the highest bill but if your not on top of it they get you every time my bill usually 70.00 but was sent a bill for almost 400.00 you have to call and give your own meter reading if you dont want to be taken advantage of
Now they have these smart readers coming out lets see how this goes but the company is committing exstortion. The worst ever
If you having problems with them contact nj consumer affairs you got go above their heads they straight up crooks!

 I sent in a letter to cancel my account months ago and today I received a bill for $633.00 why is this still active after I canceled. And why is it so high when its an apartment not a house and when we arent even home most of the time. They are fraudulent billing on an account that I cancel. I will not be paying one penny of this bill when I replied to them that I didnt want to have there company as my electric company. And still Im being charged. This is illegal, I want this taken off my bill and to receive an letter statement that this account has been closed and canceled now or I will file charges of fraud.

I have never had such an incredibly unsettling experience with someone I was not even interested in doing business with. They try to "sell" you and if you dont buy they attempt to bully you. Yeah no thanks!
