I want to say that you have some of the best employees! One of the workers, Sergio, was outstanding. He was very informative and was able to help us resolve our issues. The team working on my street have been so friendly and accomodating. Sergio went above and beyond his duties.

I've been an Inspire customer since 2016. I live in NJ. The sales rep wasn't pushy or deceptive. Everything was fine until I received my October 2023 bill, which was twice my previous bill ($440). I felt there had to be some kind of mistake, perhaps because a new meter had been installed.

I called Atlantic City Electric, who sends the bills, and they said the increase came from Inspire and that Inspire was charging me 25 cents per kwh, twice what Atlantic City charges. I called Inspire and got a very pleasant Brazilian rep who said something about a change to my plan and that they were going to start notifying NJ customers by email when their plans changed. I felt this was a scam, or maybe he was covering up an internal mistake. Anyway, he gave me a 12-month fixed rate of $94 a month and a contract, and made sure I knew I could cancel at any time with no penalty, and refunded me my money from last month plus some incentives. So I'm getting back over $250.

I plan to cancel them at the end of the 12 months as this all feels odd, but I'll take advantage of the 12-month discount. Even if it was a mistake, just say "we made a mistake." Since my Nov bill went back to normal before I called, I think it was just a mistake but I'll be watching closely especially after reading about others' experiences.

Everyone complaining about how they raise your fixed price. Everything you need to know is all given to you if you read the fine print. So as long as you read everything you can make the choice that if your fixed rate goes up is it worth the gift card money. Ppl on here crying because they didn't read the fine print then act like they got scammed. No, you're just a moron who doesn't read what they sign. Never understood ppl who sign up for things without reading their contract smh. I did this witb Atlantic city electric. My bill didn't even go up at all. With their help I pay nothing every month and then settle up every September for the months I went over my fixed rate and it's usually around 100. So I pay 100 per year for my electric and got the 200 dollar gift card because I was already a customer for over 3 years at that point. I still have the gift card with like 35 dollars that I haven't used. If you do it right and actually read everything it can be beneficial to some and not beneficial to others.

I recently split up with my wife and she has our 2 boys living with her. I pay the bills and of course the electric, this end of season as far as work was horrible so I fell behind...bad. It's the middle of January, my son and my ex have the flu, and the Electric gets Shut Off! I just paid the rent last week and am broke, so I read the website that says call immediately and Speak to an Agent. I call not knowing how I'm gona do this and this (Not So)gentleman answers and proceeds to tell me Every Single Thing I Should have done...but Will Not Help Me. I all but BEGGED this guy and he says "If you called yesterday before it was shut off I coulda helped you. I can't do ANYTHING that'll be 1200 to get it turned on. I politely request a supervisor and he gets huffy. Comes back on after 5 min n says We'll call u right back.....25 minutes go by, they're in a cold place with the flu and I'm pissed! I call back ready for a fight and the most Pleasent, Cheerful, and Helpful voice says " HI my name is Jackie how may I help you"....SHE WAS A MIRACLE!! Polite, Extremely Reassuring, Works you through everything, and GOT MY SERVICE ON IN 1 HOUR!! I Don't write these cuz I know as well as the Entire World most of them are fake but on my soul This Incredible Woman Reassuredmy faith in ppl just a lil bit more!! Your Blessed to have this Wonderful Person working With You!!! Thank you again Jackie!!! You saved us!

I've been with consolation energy for years now. At first they were better priced than PSE&G, then they became even floating around the same price. Now in January 2024 price to compare, I paid $140 if I were with PSE&g it would have been $70 for natural gas.

I chose Direct Energy because of price and no cancellation fee. Signing up was easy but creating an account and other online experiences were unsatisfactory.
